Before Your First Appointment
Please come with no makeup on your brows and/or waxing area. For best results, please make sure your brow/facial hair is grown out 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch to allow the wax to hold your hair properly. It is best to avoid tweezing your hair in between brow appointments.
Brows
Please come with a clean, bare face. Avoid exfoliation, strong skincare treatments, and sun exposure 48 hours before your facial appointment if possible.
Facials
Please come with no makeup on your eyes. Also, it is recommended to remove your contacts for the service if you have sensitive eyes, so please keep that in mind.
Lashes
Day of Appointment
Please arrive at your service on time, if not a few minutes prior! Enter the front entrance and buzz Found and Favor using the ButterlyMX entrance system. Your service provider will respond and tell you to either wait in the lobby for just a few more moments while she preps things for you or ask you to come on in. She will meet you at the front entrance if it's your first time! She will help you get cozy in our salon, and then you will go through a consultation. You can expect to have your eyes closed for the full duration of the service. It's a great time to relax, take a nap, or get that much-needed girl talk in. We are here for whatever you need!
Aftercare
Whether it be a brow lamination, lash extensions, or a quick mini facial - we’ve got you covered! You can expect to leave your appointment feeling equipped to care for your newly loved brows or lashes with a special aftercare card and Found & Favor goody bag. You are the epitome of the everyday girl!
