  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, then it is appreciated if you make any necessary changes at least 24 hours before your appointment. Please honor the 24 hours notice otherwise if you choose to cancel after that 24-hour timeframe, then you will be charged 50% of the cost of the scheduled service for a cancellation fee. A no-show will be charged for the full amount of the appointment.

  • The best way to communicate to Found and Favor LLC’s employees is via email or business phone. If you reach out to Found and Favor LLC then you can expect a response within 24 hours of your initial conversation starter. Found and Favor LLC only communicates with clients Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. If it is an emergency then the company will do its best to get back to you within a prompt timeframe, but there are no guarantees.

  • Hey mama! We totally get that it is sometimes hard to get out of the house without a sitter. In order for you to fully enjoy your eyelash services, we would just ask that you attend without any kiddos! Special circumstances are welcome. Please reach out to us if you need to!

  • To ensure a comfortable and efficient experience for all of our clients, we kindly request that clients refrain from bringing guests to their appointments at Found and Favor. Our limited space is designed to provide a serene and focused atmosphere for your service. However, we do understand that there may be a special circumstance where you would like a guest to accompany you. In such cases, please reach out to your dedicated brow/lash technician in advance to discuss your request.

  • If you arrive at your appointment 10 or more minutes late then please understand that the timeframe to apply the lashes does not change. You will be charged the full amount of the service.

  • Found and Favor LLC does not offer refunds for its physical products due to health and safety precautions. All physical products are final sale. Found and Favor LLC does not offer refunds on its services, we do offer a 3 day grace period to come in for a 15 minute touch-up as needed.
